Steve MalinverniI Need Some Help Here Please
Saeed,
It is impossible to explain colours to blind born people. Simply because they cannot understand. Colours, in all shades and tones, are part of the not blind people life.
Sadly to say, but real.
Maybe this student, will understand, probably with many difficulties, the necessity to maintain the optimal quota of the various populations, because it is scientific.
In this case it will be, probably, suggested that the state, with its officers and rangers, has to be the manager of this problem (Note that the hypothetical answer does not contain words like hunters, kill, or anything like that).
In fact I do not understand, strictly, which is the difference in an animal killed by a hunter with the one killed by a ranger.
Feel free to avoid to answer with the impossibility to explain colours to blind born people.
