BahatiBuffalo Bull shot in city center
Beira, Mozambique: According to the local newspaper - "DIARIO DE MOCAMBIQUE" - police shot a Buffalo Bull in town when it became a problem and a threat to property and people on August 24. The meat was given to a childrens home and a home for crippled people.
Beira town is about 150km south of the Bahati hunting area - Coutada 10 - in central Mozambique.
I guess the old cliché of animals in the street is true, and Mozambique is wilder than we thought!

Use Enough GunNot too many years back a big male African lion walked into Phalaborwa from Kruger in broad daylight and subsequently caught, killed and ate a black man right in the parking lot of the local Supermarket, and then escaped back into Kruger before he could be arrested (shot).
