When I rec'd the origional email from Gerhard the MS Word doc did not open for me either, but the Word doc is a rather large file, pdf file is much smaller and opens just fine.
Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat reader uploaded on your PC which allows you to read pdf files

BwanamichInitially I too had a problem. This is what I did:
1- opened Adobe Acrobat Reader
2- Went to "file" and cliced on "Open web page"
3- I then copied and pasted the URL address from Peter's link and downloaded the newsletter.

86thecatThanks for the link. I had some trouble opening it but right clicked on the link, used save target as and then opened. Now it's stored for reading at my leasure. Hope this helps.
