I'm contemplating developing a CEB Raptor load as a solid for my 300 Win Mag for use on some of the little guys next year in Africa.

Have any of you used such a bullet and what were your experiences? If so, did you also use the Raptor as your "soft" for larger plains game, and did you have any noticable difference in point of impact?
