Thirty one days until me and my father arrive in Zambia for my first Safari, not that I'm counting.

Looking forward to hunting hard and experiencing Zambia's beautiful wildlife! Not sure what to do about having the same first name as my PH though?

Living the dream!

I envy you. My first safari was August 2012 and my second was only nine months later in May 2013.If you're like me you'll be hooked big time.

Just wait til the next one gets close. If you're like some, or most of us, you'll be planning your next one before you even come home from the first one.

Considering where you are going, you should be vibrating, and to go with your Dad? Sheesh, I am green with envy, keep the right attitude and don't screw this opportunity up.

Humbling words ( green with envy) from such an accomplished African hunter who has already been there done that. Having read all the reports on this fine outfitter it was an easy decision for myself to make. An opportunity and a blessing to hunt the "Real Africa" with a really experienced PH!

Thanks for the words of wisdom " don't screw this up".

What no retirement savings? my outfitter never warned me about that? I have been told he has an unbelievable ability to place clientele in front of large animals...hmmm maybe more like the poor house for me? LOL!
29 DAYS AND NOT COUNTING.
