PalmerAsante sana Pekwa na Babu
Thanks very much Pierr'e and Ray for setting up my hunt in R2 Tanzania this year. I had a great experience and have posted some pictures on the African Reports Forum.
Ray I now have had 5 great hunts out of 5 of your bookings and am a very happy client.

Into my heart on air that kills
From yon far country blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

AtkinsonThank you very much for the kind words, it always makes my day to know a client is happy with what I do...It's my "thang" as we say in Texas and guiding you is always a pleasure for Pierre, he thinks very highly of you...
I also got a call from Mike Redman, who was in camp with you on a 10 day Buff hunt that you allowed us to double book and he hunted 1x1 with Pierres brother in law, Richard Lemmer...
He told me that he enjoyed the extra experience of being in camp with you as you were first class, He enjoyed the fact that his animals were used for bait to get your lion and he got to be a part of the Lion Kill celebration by the staff, He said that you and your 21 day hunt afforded him a lot of extra kudos to his hunt, stuff that a 10 day hunter would never see...and most of all a life long friend, now thats what hunting is all about...congratulations to you both and as you know, Mike also did very well...

AtkinsonWhat am I thinking it was Barry Rich that was booked with you, not Mike, right?

PalmerRay,
That sounds like Barry Rich to me. Barry also got a fantastic buff with unreal bosses.
There are some really interesting genetics in R2. Its easy to see why the late George Hoffman liked that area.

AtkinsonR-2 can be a tough hunt early on, and few buff are seen unless you really work at it, but as the burning progresses, they seem to come out of the woodwork and numbers get astounding, just goes to show you what a difficulty that thick vegitation can be, but it adds to the quality of the hunt IMO...I love that high grass, it's an adrenaline rush as you well know...Darn I wish I had got off my duff and met you over their, that Buff charge with blood rushing, had me twitching, I love that stuff, guess that why some folks bungie jump!
