Silencers in Zimbabwe, what is the status here. Legal or not?

Some guys hunting in Msaise(sp.?) had silencers, pictured in a local hunting Magazine here.

Legal in Rhodesia, illegal in Zimbabwe. Used a lot by the poaching gangs to mask direction of the shot.
