Learning to Focus on your objective

There are plenty of courses available that improve you job performance, marital life, marketing skills, religious commitment, etc., but thought you might like to see me while I was taking a course from the master of African hunting.

Come on Will. I'm not fat, I'm just smuggling a fifth grader.

Actually, that was about 50#'s ago! My total cholesterol is now under 150 with the good about 95. Blood pressure this morning was 125/78. I've been working on my lard ass and I occasionally look at that picture as incentive to get in better shape. More (and better) trips to Africa that way...

We'll see how the new and improved "Lion Bait" Gilbert does in Chirisa chasing elephants in two weeks!
