bwanajayNo safaris for me this year. My son is a junior in high school and is being heavily recruited in football and track. We are spending a lot of time with coaches and college visitations between the two sports.
Will be going back on safari in 16.

Tracker49Just got back from 7 days in RSA day before yesterday.
I only had 3 animals on my list this time, Black Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest and Nyala (running out of wall space). After finishing the hunting we went on cultural tours, visited African Wildlife Artistry who will be doing our mounts and went on a game drive at Pumba game reserve near Grahmstown.
Great time with Murray and Petra Crous of Settlers Safaris.

I'll email you a picture of a lion taken a few days ago in Deka, Zim that I believe even you would whack. I dont think I've ever seen a better lion anywhere. Its not my client so I wont post it.

I am going to just take it easy, shoot some birds, and wander around with my new double and see if I can shoot an animal or two. I don't care if it is cull animals or whatever. Butch is going and besides him, no one else has ever been to Africa, so it will be fun to go out with the new guys.
Tim, y'all don't kill everything there!

I will be at Tholo the last 2 weeks of May.
I hunt, not to kill, but in order not to have played golf....

MikeBurkeMy Congo trip was postponed until next year so I booked a hunt to Zambia with Leon Kachelhoffer on Kanzuntu, leaving late July.
Should be fun, I will be one of the first hunters in the new area Fairgame introduced a while back.
