KathiFarms to harvest rare animal parts 'are not the answer'

SevensA Vietnamese official takes rhino horn powder and his cancer goes away and now demand for rhino horn increases. Anyone ask him if he took any other meds, like chemo-therapy?
I know I blurt this out on all rhino issues, but rhino horn is made of keratin. It's the same stuff that makes up hooves, hair, and fingernails. I do not see how eating a rhinos horn is any more beneficial to your health than biting your finger nails. Someone needs to grind up fingernails and send it to another prominent Vietnamese official claiming it to be wild rhino horn. If it cures his cancer, reveal what it truly is (fingernails). If it kills him, let them keep thinking it's rhino horn.
Some cultures frustrate me!

Thanks for posting.
My first question was: who is "Mark Jones, programmes director of Care for the Wild International". Well, I checked their webpage(looks like an entry level amateur built it in an afternoon) and it dosen't even look like they claim to be doing anything of substance. Please check out their website, if you go to the "products page" you can "adopt and elephant".

If rhino farming works these "Care for the Furry Bunnies" organizations would be out of business.
The idea that farmed rhino horn would go for less than wild rhino horn is laughable. How in the world would a dealer in Asia know where it the rhino was wild or farmed?
First this joker(Mark Jones) says that farmed rhino would not sell because the users demand parts from wild animals, then in the next breath he says that there are three captive tigers being farmed for their parts for every one tiger in the wild.
If horn from "farmed" rhino won't sell then why are the farmed rhino in South Africa being poached? Give me a break!
Charlatans like Mark Jones should be jailed.

If you want to know the truth behind the rhino poaching, it's not demand from Asia, it's the trophy hunter. Don't believe me? Just watch
THIS.
