read a thread which mentioned "Sand River Safaris", and the thread led me to believe this is South Africa, but a web search using that name failed to turn anythign up. Anyone have the website address. How about "safari Taxidermy"

I am familiar with a "Sand River Safaris" which is situated in the Limpopo province of South Africa.

It is owned and operated by Johan Wolvaardt who I know and have hunted with; I took a nice Kudu on one of his hunting areas, photos of which are on the AR.com site:

Johan and I were practically neighbours as youngsters are we grew up in the Limpopo valley pretty much at the same time and a few miles appart. Johan is a very experienced PH and a gun nut with a great collection of old African guns which is worth looking over should you ever get to his place.
