CanuckHow much shooting with heavy rifles?

To a certain extent shooting is shooting,
I spend a lot of time with my .22 and try not to overdo the big bores (20 rounds with a 470 Mbogo per session is A LOT). I also mix in my 300 Win Mag a fair bit..more for the noise than anything.
Dry firing with the big bores really helps with the preparation and getting dialed in to a specific firearm. I put a picture of a Cape Buff on the wall in the basement and used it for "visualization". My GF thinks I am borderline certifiable.

Cheers,
Canuck

Your girl friend might be related to my wife.

They eventually get used to it.
