I asked this in "wildcats" too but I thought this crowd might have some good info too... I was thinking of necking the 5.7 FN case to 204. Savge has a nice little 4 shot rifle in 5.7. Already having a 17 HMR and too many 22 caliber centerfires, I thought this might make a nice little close range varmint round.

Anyone know who's done it and how its working out? Thanks in advance!
