Does anybody know much about these?

I thought they were pretty interesting set-ups from Springfield for the Israeli Defense Force.

I followed one on auctionarms and it went for a bit over $5K!

This just amazes me as I watched one awhile back sell for around $2K, he had the scope for it but kept it (a $450 Nimrod asian scope).

I can't believe week to week how much prices change on guns. I was in the market for a Devel custom Smith and Wesson and missed out on one for $1,600, while another not as nice and not a full custom sold for $4,000!

Sorry for the rant, but it looks like one could make pretty good money buying and selling scarce, unusual firearms. People do some crazy stuff when they get to bidding!

Oh, and if you know jackthedog on auctionarms, that guy must have a horseshoe up his ass because he gets mad money out of stuff a lot of people are selling...
