Bushnell 1x32 scope
Anyone with any experience? Any thoughts?

I put one on an AR15 carbine. It is a big scope and takes up the whole length of the upper receiver leaving little room for a BUIS.

I really like the reticle and it seems to work just fine for my purposes.

Kind of my thought, as well. Very high profile. I like the profile but I think I would prefer a smaller Halo like an EOTECH
but at a Bushnell price. Suggestions?

I've got an EOTECH and it's hard to beat but they are pricey. Currently playing with a Burris Fast Fire but my plans for it are to mount it on my .458 Lott for close in work. It might work on a flat top AR with some type of riser to allow it to co-index with the irons. The only real drawback so far is that it's a PITA to adjust and you have to disassemble it to change the battery. But Bushnell estimates battery life at 4 years if you use the cover and never switch it off.

The Bushnell isn't a bad optic, in fact I shot it thru a course of fire last year that had steel plates from 50 to 100 yards with some of the hundred yard targets being half sized pepper poppers and was surprised how well it worked for speed and accuracy. I wish Bushnell had tried to be a bit innovative instead of trying to make it a ripoff of the ACOG.
