Wanting to build an accurate field AR for varmit shooting
I have the craving for an 18" cut rifled barrel twist of 1 in 7.5" having the rifle length gas system (Noveske switchblock.) The rifle will have a silencer (AAC SPR-M4) occasionally. I have or will acquire every part except the upper reciever and am seeking a match grade close tolerance upper.

Whose would you suggest and why.

Thanks

Noveske and Baer both make excellent rifles. You might be able to buy just an upper from them, or a complete unit. Stiller makes a billet lower. Krieger is my barrel of choice. They'll make you anything you want-- fluted, twist, length, direction of twist, number of lands and grooves, threaded for a suppressor, stainless. Their barrels are cut-rifled. Best barrel made, in my book.
