Charles Lancaster was part of the resurrected Atkin, Grant and Lang "group" as it was since, well, quite a long time ago.

A web search will bring up their website. I don't know what records they may have as the history of the "group" is complicated.

So it may be that the name is now owned by the late Ron Wharton (he died recently) in who was a high class bespoke rifle maker who built rifles for Rigby at one time.
