Not very rare at all, as far as I can recall I think they still make them these days. The last one I saw was one of them fancy stainless steel/laminated abominations they cranked out.

This is not the modern version,I have an original 1890 something gun. I've been told that it is a sales rep inducement that was given to a dealer if they ordered a volume of guns from Marlin.

If it is a model .410 made between1929-32 it is worth between$475-$1400 depending on condition.w/regards
