Deluxe SAKO Vixen . 222 Ser #

Need help ?when was my SAKO Vixen Made?Ser# 867XX ,shown here w/the matching ser# box like new condition.also came w/warranty card and other paperwork.was purchased from gun dealer,military base,came w/med SAKO rings,no peep sight also looking for one if anyone can help?
