John, the .22 is likely a 9422; the F prefix is a giveaway. Probably made in the early 1970s.
The 94 does date to 1981 according to the charts I see.

Both are shooters; no collector value. I bought a 9422 the minute they came out in the mid 70s.

The 9422 are bringing a premium these days, that should qualify them as collectable. Much like the win mod 63 and the 61s.
