1985 Browning A-bolt Stainless / wood stock?

1985 Browning A-bolt Stainless / wood stock?
Did Browning make one? I have one that has been Painted with wrinkle paint.Did Browning do this or is the wood so ugly the Previous owner do it? I like the the looks of stainless and wood.
Before I strip it does anyone have any Ideas? bewildered

I saw a stainless a-bolt on guns america
I am going to strip it and bring it up to par
but with a matte finish. Stainless and walnut looks nice.IMO

Hell I know why the previous owner painted the stock on this rifle...
I took the barrel and action off and took the
recoil pad off and the stock is birch not walnut so I am leaving it alone.
Birch I thought only savage did this on centerfire rifles?

Who would have thought bewildered
