I was given an old S&W. Serial #132684. Across the top of the barrel are dates with the pat pend date of Jan 24,65. The last reissue date is Jan 3, 82.
Any ideas on what I actually have? The only reason I know it's a 32 is the very old box of ammo that came with it.

Is their any caliber marking on the barrel? We need to figure out if it is a 32-20 WCF or a .32 S&W.

If it is really small it is probably a I frame regulation police if it is in fact a 32-20 is is a 1905 K frame M&P.
