Lignose Simplex
I have what I believe is a Lignose Simplex. The wood is grubby, but not badly hurt, no cracks, gouges or dents The case hardening colors are gone and mostly the metal is that patina common to old guns like this. The screws are untouched and still perfectly aligned. Everything is still very tight and functional. It looks to be a very well designed and made gun.

Does anyone know anything about this gun or where I can find out more?

Idaho Sharpshooter
A young lady that works for my wife has herpes simplex. Is this anything like that? She also has dimples from guys touching her with ten-foot poles.

Seriously, what is it?

This is a S/S 12 gauge that is very well fitted and well designed. When this gun was new I am sure it was a looker.

Splinter forearm. Knob grip PG. No engraving. The wood/metal and metal/metal fits are all flawless. Double triggers.

Solid rib. Looks to be silver soldered like a Model 12.

As best I can tell it's a late twenties or early thirties gun.
