I have a pistol with Alamo Ranger stamped on the barrel. It is a 38 spec and loads with a loading gate like a single action but is double
action. What anybody can tell me about this pistol will be greatly apprieciated Dave

Was it made in Spain? If so, it may be a 38 cal. Spanish copy of Colt Model 1929.
