I'm the Vice President for Wyoming Disabled Hunters Inc. a non profit group which is planning its first annual deer hunt near Cody Wyoming. There is no fee and the only cost is transportation to Cody and the hunting license. The hunt will run from October 31st thorugh November 3rd. Out of state application period is rapidly approachinmg.
