Walked in Costco today and they had Packer Briskets for $2.99 LBS, last 3. Passed on them but talked to the meat cutter and he said they sold a ton of them for the Forth.

It is hard to get too excited these days. Can't have friends over to enjoy it. I could smoke and freeze one, but, nah.

Lucky you. My Costco does not currently have them, but we've have been making do with their Prime tenderloin and ribeye. We've also gone through our share of lamb chops and a friend at FedEx has been keeping us supplied with Memphis pork butts.

I will keep an eye out for the Packers!

Since all the pandemic mess began, I've smoked and grilled more meat than all of last year. Good to have time on your hands. Cool
