Look for a local ATA of skeet shoot in your area and either participate or attend the event. Vendors frequent these events and will provide you the opportunity to purchase supplies (primers, wads, powder, shot and factory ammo). In our area, shot is selling for $23-$26 a bag.

See if the range has reclaimed shot you can save some cash with it, I've loaded reclaimed for years used it for trap & hunting mtn quail,blue,ruffed & spruce grouse.

found a range that is selling it for $30 / 25# bags not too far from the house

HERE is a link to a guy I know in Florida who is offering a damn good deal on shot he is making from reclaimed shot. He is now mining it himself at gun clubs and remelting it producing his own brand of shot.
