Hey'
Do you know that a lot of shooters, build single shot rifles, and don't know it.They have custom bolt action rifles built, and then they start reloading the heavier and longer bullets. They finally get a load to shoot, and find out the magazine doesn't accept the longer cartridges. So now you have a single shot.

It's no myth; I've seen guys do just that. They pick some super-streamlined bullet, then seat it within .020" of the lands, but it won't feed from the magazine! [Eek!]

I have heard about that one too. I wonder why they didn't started with a single shot from the begining [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

I am seating Sierra 190MK and Berger 190JHPBT into the lands and they still fit in my mag! [Big Grin] I guess the magazine on my Rem 700 Sendero in 300 Win Mag is just right. [Wink]

I would have preferred a single shot receiver. [Frown]
