Hunted with Impondo Safaris 2012 in the Deka area. Took Kudu, Baboon, Klipspringer, Duiker, Jackle, Impala, and Wildcat. Looked for Sable and Zebra but they were scarce. Lots of other game including many large free range Kudu.

58 1/2" Kudu

We saw several lions and had leopard on trail cams. Also saw wild dogs and black rhino tracks, crocs and hippos. No free range buffalo. We saw elephant several times and my friend while hunting with his ph got charged by a cow. The ph shot it at 3 yrds.

It was booked as a sable safari but sable were scares to non exsistent. Most other game was plentiful. All in all though we had a great trip. I wasn't planning on shooting a kudu either, but when you see a 581/2" free range kudu it is hard to turn down!

Hey Tom, welcome to AR!

Moderator should move this to the "African Hunt Reports" forum where it can get better exposure.

Fantastic Kudu.
