"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

Great Tom,
Is there a season in BC where Black bear & mountian lion season overlap? Would like to hunt both in BC sometime soon.

Cougar season runs from sept 10 to april 30. black bear runs April 1 to June 30 and again from Sept 10 to Nov 30. the best time would be the last 2 weeks of Nov as it would give you a chance of having snow to work with. Bears are a little scarce but are around. I can't say I ever took out a cougar bear combo. usually lynx cougar combos. You can contact me at skinnercreek@telus.net
