Those new to the AR forums have not seen some of the lever gun gibberish I have been guilty of posting. Search the archives in the Big Bore Fourm.

Here is one: http://www.nookhill.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=16;t=003006

And, yep, this late M1895 started off as a 45/70 guide gun (in reality a 336). I worked over the internals so it will feed a 2.680" COL. Puts out 5000 ft/lbs.

For more lunacy, see this new post in the Big Bore Forum: ".510 Fun Bullets"

The bullets pictured will be used in a 2.900" COL cartridge in a M71 Browning clone that I will soon be working on. Looking for 5700 to 5800 ft/lbs out of this one.
