I need to research one of my older PMs. I only show one page of my Private Messages and there doesn't seem to be a way to go to the next page. I should have several pages of PMs stored. Help please . . .

We only keep message for a certain time.

After that they are deleted.

I think it is 12 months.

Thank you. I was afraid of that.
When did that change? At some time in the past there were several pages of messages.

Is there an archive by any chance?

No.

There is a notice on top of that forum that tells you message are only kept for 12 months.

We have advised members in the past to make copies and save them on their computers if the message is important.

Sorry we cannot help you.

So, for curiosities sake, say I want to see my P.M. file; how can I get on without a current P.M. to allow me. Case in point, I have a set of dies mailed to another member but w/o access to my P.M. file I don't know how to get in touch + give the tracking #.

I am not sure I understand your question.

You ca see all your PMs by clicking on the GO link on the top left, and from the drop down menu you see another link to Private Messages.

There you can see all your PMs which are less that 12 months old.

So what you do is on the top gray menu bar there is a "GO" button.

Click that to bring up a sub menu called personal zone then Private Messaging.

That's where you find your messages (at least the last 12 month's ones).
