It seems to work fine and they claim it is intended for exactly this use (posting to forums) and it is free.

It was obtained by: 1. going to the website: https://postimages.org/ When you open the page you should see some advertising, but in the center you'll see:
2. Before I drag and drop my photo, I selected the final size to be 1024 pixels wide:
3. Dragging my photo to the center of the webpage:
4. Choosing the "Hotlink for forums:" - you just press the circled button.
5. Once you've pressed the button, just return to the accuratereloading edit post window, and type ctrl-v where you want the image to appear:
6. Once you've pasted it in, it will appear like so:
This one is posted from my Android phone. It worked easily on the first try. Using the Chrome browser, go to postimages.org; choose the resolution; choose the photo, then copy the "Hotlink for forums" URL, then paste it into the forum post.
I posted this to the African hunting reports forum in response to a lament that the poster didn't know how to upload photos anymore. The video might be useful here.
