I posted about how to link to a video from imgur.com, but not how to embed a video from imgur.com. (See this thread: Posting photos from imgur.com )

If you want to embed video from YouTube, you can right click on the video, choose "copy embed code" , then choose the icon showing two movie frames, and paste the YouTube embed code right between the two blocks "[FLASH_VIDEO]" and "[/FLASH_VIDEO]"



For the record, YouTube seems better to me for video and not just because it supports a working embed code. It also doesn't limit you to 30-second videos, like imgur.com.
