Is there a good public gun range in Fairbanks that I can use to check the zero on my rifle when I fly through there in August?

The South Cushman Range in Fairbanks has a berm out to 300 yards. You can find directions online. It's very close to Fairbanks.

The South Cushman Public Range has
50yd,100yd,100mtr,200yd,200mtr,300yd,300mtr berms w/ backstop & a 20yd bermed pistol range.

Steel benches at 15-18? shooting stations.
1/2 of which are under a steel pole barn of which some idiots have punched vent holes in the roof tin.

Airport Way to South Cushman
Approx 1mi south of Van Horn Rd intersection past Northland Lumber.

If you were coming through Anchorage I can collect you and you can shoot at my range as well as shoot a few doubles, too. I'm 100 miles north of Anchorage and 270 miles south of Fairbanks.

Yes, Larry, listen to a fella who still owns single barreled rifles with the funny looking glass tube for a sight. Jim is allowed in our double shoots for two reasons: his lovely wife and affirmative action laws that require us to invite a percentage of bolt rifle users.
