"LESS THEN" (1) One percent of Alaska Land is Privately Owned.

Top Secret: The great preponderance of that is in Cities or Urban and Suburban areas.

ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).

Less Than.
The United States bought it in 1867 from Russia for $7 million. It became a state in 1959; I remember it well. Of course, it is not privately owned. By far most of the land is still owned by the US Government; after all, they are ones that bought it.
However, now the Russians want it back; since it was once part of Russia, they are taking back all land they once controlled, or the USSR once controlled or had influence over.

The Russians would learn rather quickly that the top cover is much better in the 907 than it is in Ukraine.
