Not going to do a real hunt report here. Will just say that I had another wonderful trip in Spain and finished out my Spanish ibex slam with a Gredos and Ronda ibex. Not a record book guy but the Gredos was well into gold and the Ronda squeaked into gold. The Ronda was the most physical of the 4 ibex.

Shot the Gredos at less than 150 yards and the Ronda at 320. Both went straight down. Was using a Gunwerks in 7mm topped with a Nikon Monarch 5Ed 4x20x50 scope with turret system.

The food, people and scenery of Spain were once again fantastic, and I must say this is one of the top destinations for me. I love the whole experience. Hope you enjoy the photos that me and my cameraman took. I got a new camera just prior to the trip so took way more than normal, and we didn't really get a chance to sight see much this time as the weather turned bad the last 3 days.

Good Hunting,

The wife and I both enjoyed the culture, sightseeing and hunting available in Spain. Definitely a bucket list trip for you and your significant other. And Vicente and Caza Hispanica are world-class hosts!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
- Rudyard Kipling

Life grows grim without senseless indulgence.

Great. I had been living in the Pyrineus for some time and did't suspect that there were wild animals except boars and dogs who came out to hunt the garbage
But creatures in your pictures are beautiful. I would only take the photo and make them free heh

Carpe Diem!

The scenery alone would make the trip worth while not to mention the food and history. All 4 Ibex would make a great display on an artificial stone wall piece. Congrats Tim, good stuff!

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
