About 15 years ago Clint was playing Golf in the Bob Hope Classic down here in the desert. Our course (Bermuda Dunes Country Club) was being played that year.

I was out riding my wife's bicycle, getting some exercise. There is a small hill just before reaching the clubhouse and I was peddling like mad. As I crested it Clint and his entourage were crossing the street. Clint was right in the center of the street and I wasn't more than 30 feet from him. Bicycles have notoriously bad brakes and I had a helluva time swerving around just before ploughing in to him.

Didn't even need a gun...

I'll just bet that a memorable occasion for all concerned.
