I think the issue here was a stupid teen and not so much the gun. Given the mass shootings that go on it was probably the prudent move. No different then someone calling in a bomb threat. True. A VPN works wonders. We were in the Maldives, and I found AR was blocked. I do have a VPN, but I decided not to use it. I called the manager, and politely said AR needs to be unblocked. He tried making all sorts of excuses that the company they use has blocked it, not them. I said that is, instead of us staying there for 2 weeks, I am leaving the next day. Half an hour later I could access AR!  | |||

I had to request AR be unblocked on the Australian Military network when I was in Dubai. I just explained it was a forum and got it approved.
