Really very, very nice. I very much admire skill where I have none. Where did you get the ducks and trees? Did you make them?

The duck scene is a cast steel stair railing insert.

It was not quite wide enough so I added two filler strips of matching steel.
It was also to tall so I cut 2" off the top and 3" off the bottom.

TiG welding of the trees was done with wide beads of Rockmount Brutus rod to simulate roots and be a good bond for "tramp" steel

Very, very nice! I thought that it was done on a plasma cutter. Casting it is very interesting. My youngest really enjoys casting.

Would love to read (or pic's) to see the casting process!

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
