I shot this gun at the Hoot and Shoot in Juliff,Texas last year in October. It was a blast! Wish I'd had more money to buy more ammo! I'd love to shoot it again! I hope BigDoggy brings it to the shoot again. I know of several folks that will ante-up and buy ammo to support his fuel costs.

What immediate effect did it have on the buff?

The Mastodon is easily my favorite of all the custom big bore guns i have ever seen...truly a one of a kind work of art!
Its got soooo much "cool" factor too...I mean Damn,it has no competition thats even close...its so awsome in so many ways... its in a class by itself!
Tom you have been so shareing with it and you even shared it with the world on utube videos.,,,i would say its one of the most famous of all the big bore customs ever built...I think the Mastodon is everyones favorite ...now & for years to come..Its a bigbore masterpiece Thanks for shareing it

Ted,thanks for the kind words pal!..Just so you all know,in the videos I called it T-Rex,which is what I was originally going to name it due "to the nature of this beast",but then I got to thinking of the mighty massive elephants of the prehistoric era and came up with a much better name,the "Mastodon" and then soon after I had it Fully Deep Relief Engraved with the Mastodon and other creatures of that era!I was very happy with the outcome,but the video were already on You tube,or else I would have titled them differently.Note that I have over "ONE Million BC" hits on the first video!I should be getting a commision for them! ...Anyway,I wish I still owned it,but now Bigdoggy(Ken) if the proud owner
