Those Prairie Moose are pretty cool.
That bull should be great eating having shot it in what looks like a grain field.
How long did it take you to draw a permit?

I went with an outfitter. It would likely take me a lifetime to draw a tag. I didn't really have much interest in moose until my wife suggested it. They are really good eating. Better than cow Elk.

Excellent!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Nice shooting! Familiar with that area. Regarding TSX bullet terminal performance in case the bullet was recovered, did the bullet expand well? Have heard that small bore TSX bullets don't expand well.

The bullet was not recovered, but lung damage was impressive. I've had good luck with the Barnes ttsx.
