I never heard of a higher grade than: "Bat sh!7 crazy"

I don't but "crazy as a shi7 house rat" ranks way up there too. BestAll

Batty has always been a way of saying a person is a bit odd, moonbats must be a reference to people who are more batty in response to the lunar cycle( e.g. left wing political women), which leads to the saying " scattered all over like a mad woman's sh!7"
