Port A, Aransas Pass, etc... I dont get to go that often but I really like to fish the weed lines.I try and go at least 2 times a year.I live in Dallas so its a hike.

I do some flounder gigging over there, but mostly when I am in Port A it is on the way offshore. The rest of the time I fish the Corpus area down to Baffin Bay and the land cut. I can hardly stand it...waiting for them to finish dredging Packery Channel. That will cut a solid hour off of my run to offshore from my house...each way! At 15-20 gallons/hour of fuel, that adds up quick!

When's your next trip down? I have a buddy who works as a fishing guide. He's getting scary good, too!
