Got it loaded but printer still will not print black from the computer. It will scan and print black writing? Dell even replaced the printer.

When you reinstall the Operating system it overwrites everything on the HDD, including the "Druiver files" fr the
display/graphics and the network drivers etc.

All those drivers are available online at Dell Support & Drivers.com.

You'll want to download the network driver and Video driver on another computer, don't put them in a "download list" download them individually with your browser and choose carefully where you are going to save them (frankly I''d save them directly to an EMPTY USB "thumb" brive)

You'll need the "Service tag number" on your Dell computer to have a reasonable expectation of getting the correct drivers

RELAX, Dell's are one of the easiest computers to get everything working again.

BTW, when you say "reloaded" what exactly does that mean? Did you use the Operating system reinstallation disc?

If so did you simply install it again OR did you choose the option to format that partition of the Hard drive?

I can tak you through this....

Hell you you are even in Pennsylvania...
