What is the difference and should I change from my LCD? Have heard that altitude makes a difference among LCD, LED, and Plasma. I'm at 8000 feet. LCD seems to do just fine. Advice?

If it's a big one 50" or so then LED or Plasma is the only option.
I find while the Black mite be better with LED or Plasma, when you are not far enough away they are TOO much and don't look at all natural.
I saw a bit of an HD movie on the new Samsung LED TV it's quite impressive quality but I think the Sony LED is a more realistic picture.

I just put in a 55" LCD. Love it.
Everyone I spoke with said go with LCD.
My rather limited knowledge seemed to suggest plasma is on the way out.
