I'm using Windows XP, service pack 3.

I have two Outlook Express email accounts. My main identity shows up when I click START, EMAIL.

Is there a way to pin the other account to the START menu?

I'd imagine you'd open your email, then get it to display both accounts.
As you log on to the computer as one person with Windows.
You wouldn't have access to another one from the Log on page or the Start menu.
But as administrator you can have all email accounts show up on your email page.

I was forced to disable my PMing capabilities when the king of AR moderators wouldn't honor my request for him to stop PMing me.

I just thought it was some simple technique that others knew about and I didn't.
