Not sure if I will make it, but with spring never seeming to get here, I necked up my 8x57 mag case to 375. It is nothing new, but probably a 376 Steyr with a more common case head, to make a build as simple as rebarreling. The case has been holding powder charges the same as data for the Steyr. Any thoughts. Thanks.

Different case. My case is based on the 375 Ruger. Took the 375 Ruger and shortened to 57mm. Has worked great with 8mm bullets. Developing loads for a 7mm version, weather has not been good to get out much. Waiting for dies for 6.5 and 9.3 versions as well.
Thought a 375 would finish the family out and have a legal buffalo rifle, while maybe only marginal.
