I ran some forum posts for .223 Ack. Imp. Seems like most agreed that Hodgdon 335 is the way to go. Also, BL (C)2 or however they write it.

Chrono'd with an Oehler, I'm sneaking up on 4K fps with 40 gr. bullets, but the primers are flowing around the firing pin. This in a Rem. 700 PSS, std. bbl.

I'm dying to know what others are doing for this caliber.

I have been shootin .223 improved for about 2 years. 50 grn. noslers with 27.0 grns. N133, 3600 fps.
