I picked up some range brass today. When I was sorting it. I came across three cases that are a shorten 30-30 case. 1.730" O.A.L. and necked down to .22 caliber. Any idea what this is?
Thanks, Dave

Sounds like a Wasp to me..

I remember an Arizona gunmith that tinkererd with a 348 case to fit a 94 and shot 30 cal. bullets at some interesting velocity..As I recall Ackley made reference to the caliber..I think that guy is still in business ????????

My 1st thought would have been the 219 zipper but I haven't loaded for it in years.
